ISO 4014 Hex Bolts

Haixin® ISO 4014 Hex Bolts are reduced shank bolts with coarse threads. As a part of SB sets, ISO 4014 Hex Bolts are usually used together with ISO4032 hex bolts. The finish can be zinc plating or HDG, mainly HDG. And the assembled ISO4032 hex nuts are usually HDG tapped oversized to 6AZ.There is strict quality requirements on SB sets. Impact test under 20 minus Celsius Degree and tensile test for the ISO4014 hex bolts and ISO4032 hex nuts assemblies must be done and reported. Haixin® ISO 4014:2011 specifies the characteristics of hexagon head bolts with threads from M1,6 up to and including M64, of product grade A for threads M1,6 to M24 and nominal lengths up to and including 10d or 150 mm, whichever is the shorter, and product grade B for threads over M24 or nominal lengths over 10d or 150 mm, whichever is the shorter.ISO4014 hex bolts are most the same as ISO4017 hex bolts. The only difference is the threads. ISO4017 hex bolts are with full threads.
