Haixin® Hexagon nuts with zinc flake coating is widely used nowadays because of its advantage in corrosion resistance. Zinc flake coating can be called with many different descriptions, such as fLZnL480h, fLZnL480h, flZnL, ZFSHL, FLZNNC TL etc. Hexagon nuts with zinc flake coating can be coated with silver or black color depending on customer’s requirements. However, silver color is more common. The applied international standards is ISO10683. Usually the natural salt spray for zinc flake coating is 480h, 720h, 1000h and 1440h on the base of item size and coating thickness. Range of the coefficient of friction (Utot) is 0.09 to 0.14, 0.12-0.18 or can be adjusted to the target values.

There is no hydrogen embrittlement risk and with excellent assembly and multi-tightening behavior. Zinc flake coating is Cr (VI) -free or chromate-free and environmentally-friendly.
