Thus, heat treatment becomes the key process in production. Our factory has mesh belt furnaces, which were bought from Taiwan, China. We can do the heat treatment by ourselves. Our lab also has low temperature impact testing equipment. We can do all the tests in our own lab. We have exported ASTM A194 Gr.7 heavy hex nuts to the United States, Canada, Australia, Korea and Southeast Asia for more than 25 years. Quality First is our principle.

Product Feature

One of the most important features for ASTM A194 Gr.7 heavy hex nuts is its requirement of low temperature impact test. The recommended test temperature is -101℃. Usually An “L” is added to the marking for nuts tested.
