There are several types of railroad track bolts. The most common ones are oval neck track bolts, diamond neck track bolts and elliptic neck track bolts. And these railroad track bolts always come with heavy square nuts or heavy hexagonal nuts. There are various packing ways for track bolts. The common packing materials are 200lb metal keg, 50lb metal pail, 50lb plastic pail, wooden case and pallet box. Our factory has our own production lines for both bolts and nuts, so you can get your railroad track bolts and nuts in one plant conveniently.

Ningbo Haixin’ LM® heavy hex nuts are from size 3/8” to 4” by both cold forging and hot forging. Our monthly production capacity is more than 1200tons. These heavy hex nuts are mainly made of medium carbon steel and alloy steel. These nuts are somewhat larger than the standard hex nuts. The dimensions are according to ASME/ANSI B18.2.2. And the grades are mainly referred to ASTM A194 Gr.2H, Gr.2HM, Gr.4, Gr.7, or ASTM A563 Gr.A, Gr.B, Gr.C, and Gr.DH. Haixin® Heavy hex nuts are mainly used in oil & gas projects, heavy industry, machinery and mining.

Our logo for heavy hex nuts is LM, which was registered in the USA from year 2002 and recorded by FQA. We also have certificates of PED and API-20E of BSL1 and BSL2. The whole production and all the related inspection can be done in our own factory. You can always trust the quality.

Ningbo Haixin can produce the kinds of hex nuts you need. These hex nuts include standards of DIN934, ISO4032, DIN6915, EN14399, EN15048,DASt021, ISO4033, ISO4035 and ISO8673. And the mechanical property is per ISO898-2 or DIN267-4.Our production range is from diameter M6 to M100. And our factory can offer various finishes and surfaces, such as zinc plating, HDG, Gelmet, Delta, Dacromet, flZnL and so on. The factory has its own laboratory, and all the related chemical analysis, plating thickness test, hardness test, proofloading test, and torque test can be carried out in our own factory.

Haixin® Flange nuts have a wide flange at one end that acts as an integrated, not-spinning washer. This serves to distribute the pressure of the nut over the part being secured, reducing the chance of damage to the part and making it less likely to loosen as a result of an uneven fastening surface. Hex flange nuts have become more and more popular in wind energy field. Many wind turbine customers have changed common HV hex nuts to hex flange nuts. This is a trend, because hex flange nuts have better and safer performance.

Testings including dimensions, gauges, decarburization, 90% martensite, MPI, hardness, proofload, run out, marks and finish are carried out on every batch. So the quality can be fully guaranteed. “CBAM” (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) means that all importers who bring in certain products from a third country into the European Union must pay compensation for the emissions caused during production. The regulation obliges importers to prove and document the CO2 emissions of the production chain and offset them by purchasing certificates. During a transitional period from 1st October 2023 to 31st December 2025 the new regulation will initially apply to a limited extent. This regulation will come into full extent in January 2026.
